Cutting Board Care

Cleaning

1. Gentle wash with soap and water
2. Thoroughly dry your cutting board, don’t let it sit wet or in water
3. Do not put your cutting board in the dish washer

Maintenance

Use the supplied board butter with a clean cloth and rub it into your board, let it soak in overnight if possible

If you don’t have the board butter anymore, you can use fractionated coconut oil OR mineral oil (found at the grocery store or pharmacy) and let it sit on the board overnight if possible.

Wipe any excess still remaining on the board and buff the rest off with a clean cloth.
